Online Seedstars World Competition
Hi ,
My name is Giovanni and I’m the Analyst and Community Manager in Asia at Seedstars, a global company empowering entrepreneurship in emerging markets.
We are excited to invite you to apply to the Online Seedstars World Competition 2020/21 as we believe Gtag.me has great potential to participate in this challenge after reviewing your public profile.
The competition aims to provide an opportunity for growth, investment of USD 500,000 and visibility to most promising seed-stage startups in emerging markets and will take place fully online at local, regional, and global levels between August 2020 and April 2021. Moreover, regional winners will have the opportunity to be featured in a TV show produced specifically for the competition.
The timeline of the competition and selection of the winners is as follows:
- 20th June – 31st July | Application period
- 1st August – 30th September | Startups that submit a full application will have access to an online free training platform (Seedstars Academy) as well as the Top 5 startups receive access to mentorship hours.
- 1st October – 30th November | Announcement of local winners, who get an additional free intensive training (Investment Readiness Program) and Selection of regional winners.
- 1st December – 31th January | Announcement of regional winners, who will participate in an online pitching competition.
- April 2021 | Grand Finale of the Seedstars World competition and announcement of the Global Winner who will be awarded USD 500k in equity investment.
